I think it's the best section to discuss it.

Did some get ADB running at this box?

I had done
Settings (gearwheel symbol at Launcher)
-> About MediaBox > Build number > there tap 7 times to become developer
and
-> Developer Options > USB Debugging (was enabled)

Then I took 1.4.2 from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=48915118#post48915118 (to be at an actual version because of the 5.1.1) but did not installed it but extracted the archive to get the adb.exe...
